Located in the beautiful Calas de Campoamor complex alongside the Aguamarina beach at the junction of the Cabo Roig strip and the entrance to Dehesa de Campoamor, this property has sea views from the living room, two bedrooms, the roof solarium, rear terraces and garden.
To the front of the property is the largest of the bedrooms which overlooks the community pool. Bright and airy, the property has marble floors throughout, air-conditioning to the living / dining area, is fully furnished and is fitted with all electrical appliances.
In the rear garden is a large terrace complete with barbeque and the roof solarium has panoramic sea views and is supplied with sunbeds.

The adjoining beaches have beach bars and you can also partake in a variety of watersports on the Campoamor beach.
The complex is conveniently located to the Cabo Roig strip, where you will find bars, restaurants, health centre and pharmacy as well as the facilities of Dehesa de Campoamor.

The golf courses of Real Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin are all within a few kilometres.
