Villa:
Furnished to very high standard with fully fitted kitchen, Sat TV and DVD player. In the Kitchen you will find cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, juice extractor and microwave. The Dining area seats 4, with the option to seat 6 on the terrace. In the Lounge there is 5 seater leather suite, coffee table, telephone table, sideboard, TV unit, radio and DVD.Internet connection is available by purchasing WI-FI cards. In the Hall you will find console table with mirrors. Both Bedrooms have build in wardrobes. Master bedroom is with a bathroom and the other bedroom with en-suite shower. All rooms are with Low voltage lightings. There is safe and alarm also internal telephone for free calls to La Torre Resort. Villa is benefiting from private parking area allocated at the front of the villa and it is fenced and gated all around. There is also iron gate at the front of the villa to enhance privacy and security of the ground floor and solarium. There is full central heating in every room and air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms. Outdoor Dining area with table and 6 chairs at the rear of the villa. There are sun loungers on the roof solarium and on the ground level next to private swimming pool.

Villa is located on La Torre Golf Resort which offers a wide selection of amenities, including many restaurants, Tapas bar, Irish Pub, Supermarket, Hair & Beauty Salon, Travel Centre, bank, solicitors office, travel shop, hire shop for golfers, internet room, gym, King's College and 5* Intercontinental Hotel. In the hotel you will find fitness centre and spa comprising of 14 treatment rooms. You will also find here social club and conference centre with settings against splendid backdrop of the lakes and the golf course. There are 15 communal swimming pools on the resort, tennis court and many children play parks. La Torre Golf Resort: La Torre Golf Resort compromises of 2640 dwellings and within this number there are 240 villas, all arranged around a spectacular golf course and magnificent lakes with the most varied of plant life. The whole resort is fenced and gated with 24 –hour security surveillance.
Golf: This amazing resort boasts an 18 hole Nicklaus design golf course and a magnificent town centre, built around a picturesque lake. The course at La Torre is a fantastic test of golf with water & large bunkers coming into play! 18 holes Par 68 5354 metres, with 4 different Tees for all abilities. Signature hole is the 9th Par 3 over the lake over looked by Hotel, restaurants & clubhouse ! The club has got a very well equipped Pro shop , Spike Bar & restaurant with sun terraces overlooking course & practice areas. There is a driving range / practice area & putting green. Buggies are available & electric trolleys are also available for hire as well as clubs & shoes. Booking system is in place through Pro shop with special rates for residents and resident guests. Mar Menor Golf Resort & Hacienda Riquelme Golf are also available with competitive green fees & free transport between all those resorts. There are numerous other golf courses close by: Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Roda Golf, La Finca which are 15 min drive away. And Championship golf courses is on La Manga.
The area around LTGR:
LTGR is located near Roldan and Balsicas in Murcia region of Spain. Villa is situated 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and the La Manga strip. Most beaches there are well equipped with beach beds and brollies. San Javier airport is just 20min drive away and Alicante airport 50min drive away. The nearest ‘Dos Mares shopping mall’ is 20 min drive away with bowling, cinema and extensive food hall. Further afield you can visit Torrevieja or even Benidorm if you want more excitement. The beautiful city of Cartagena with the millennial Port and Murcia City with its historic cathedral is just 30 - 45 minutes drive away. Towards Murcia is Nueva Condomina – newly open shopping centre with many shopping outlets and restaurants. Very near to there you will find Water Park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal Park (Terra Natura Murcia) and New Football Stadium. The closest beaches to La Torre are Mar Menor and Mediterranean and are only 20min drive away.

Hello, yes everything was fine, we had a great time mainly spent in the pool as it was so hot !

We had a lovely time - thank you. The villa was clean. We didn't use the communal pools as they were too far away and didn't have any sun beds. However, that didn't matter because we loved your pool and used it all the time - so much more convenient. Yes we found the restaurants on La Torre very pricey and didn't use them. Drinks were also expensive - at least twice as much as going outside to surrounding bars. We found a brilliant Italian restaurant in Roldan where pizzas were only 6€ and a bottle of house wine just under 7€ - in fact a take way pizza on a Wednesday (Special Offer on that day) was only 3€! There was also an all-you-eat buffet at the Chinese in the industrial estate just before you enter Roldan for 9€ and both the curry houses on the same development were also good.
We also travelled to Los Alcazares and ate there, the bars (especially the Sun Bar where I got an extremely generous measure of Bacardi and coke for only 3€) were really good value with beer from just 2€ as opposed to 4€ in La Torre.
We did enjoy having a coffee at the Wood House though - the staff there were much more attentive and the price of a coffee was reasonable (2€).
When we first visited Roldan we were disappointed as we couldn't find anywhere to eat, but after our friends told us where to go we were really pleased with the places we visited.

Just a quick note to let you know: what a great time we had staying at your villa. The accommodation was nice and clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. La Torre felt very secure which is what we wanted, having a 3 year old daughter. The onsite security and grounds men were all very friendly and helpful. The supermarket was reasonable and very well stocked with those items we take for granted in the UK. Your key holders were very helpful, gave us a good greeting and very helpful information to help with our holiday. The weather was superb, we had a fantastic time and hope to return another day, this time as a family of four as our new child is due beginning of August.

Estuvimos dos parejas y un bebe en la villa. Está en la urbanizacion de Polaris world, preciosa. La cocina esta fenomenal y tiene todo tipo de pequeños electrodomesticos. Las habitaciones amplias, con armarios empotrados y aire acondiconado, ademas de en el salón. Lo mejor sin duda, el patio al lado del salón con la piscina privada. El proprietario es encantadora, a pesar de estar en Londres se muestra muy comunicada por mail y telefono si es necesario. Habla ingles. La playa a 15 minutos en coche, muy bien comunicada con los Narejos, San Javier, la Manga y al lado de Torrevieja.

We were two couples and a baby in the village. Is the urbanization of Polaris world, sweetie. The kitchen is great and has all sorts of small appliances. The spacious, with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, plus in the lounge. The best without a doubt, the patio next to the lounge with private pool. The owner is charming, despite being in London is very communicated by mail and telephone if necessary. Speak English. The beach 15 minutes by car, very well connected with Narejos, San Javier, La Manga and the side of Torrevieja.
