Sea front villa with large pool, built in 2005 with very modern design. Full overlooking to the sea and the mountains from both floors. Main floor; Garage 6x4mts, patio 55m2,2 bedrooms 28m2 with ensuite bath and dresser, living 65m2, balcony 54m2. Ground floor; Full equipe aparment 40m2 with extra kitchen, summer living 90m2, bath-loundry and pool 17x2,5mts. 70 kms east of Malaga and 60 kms south Granada. Casa del Oeste is situated in the edge of the fishing village of La Herradura on the Costa Tropical. Perfect area for dive and snorkel in the clear sea in search of the Spanish galleons sank during the Armada.
The house was design and built for the owner as an architect, thought to be his home. Is open to nature trough big windows and front porches. The outside of Casa del Oeste has diferent places where stay depending of the sun position with a complete privacy.
Babies plus childrens over 6 are wolcome but toddlers may be a problem because of the railings droops.
The sea breezes keeps cool the house, there are ceiling fans in each room nevertheless.
The village has many bars and restaurants wich are all within walking distance to the house.

There is a food market in the village and many small supermarket, gift shops, restaurants on the beach-sand as well
Oftem in the morning,you can see many dolphins gliding across the bay. The sunset are spectacular.
We have a gardener and a pool man.
There are, diving, windsurfing, pedalos, fishing.
In Marina del Este, five minutes drive from the house, you can rent a sailing or motor boat. They are also plenty of dive schools.
Local town Almuñecar is 10 minutes drive, has a large options of restaurants, shoops, street market, bars...
Golf 20 mins drive.

Sunsets and siestas

Great views, lovely, clean pool, great beaches nearby. Needs ac on hottest days-and softer pillows! Helpful owner Great value.
