The apartment is situated in the northern area of Guardamar, close to the river and on the road leading to the marina. There is a large supermarket at 5 mn walking distance. 5-10 mn to the town center. The beach is at 1.5 km, there is a pleasant walk through the pine-forest to access it.
There is also a swimming pool and a paddle court.
The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people, sheets and towels are provided.
There is a large double bed (= 2 x 90 cm) in the bedroom and a sofa-bed (1.40m wide) in the living room.
Guardamar is a very quiet and pleasant town with 12 km of beaches, dunes, a pine-forest natural reserve, a beautiful park, the Reina Sofía park. Guardamar is a perfect place for family holidays.
The city has a sports area with 2 swimming pools (winter + summer), a number of tennis courts, cycle lanes and a marina.
Close to Guardamar you have 5 golf courses.
Pleasant places to visit near Guardamar: Alicante (castle, spectacular palm promenade), Torrevieja (seaside promenade, Aquopolis water park, "Habaneras" shopping centre), Cartagena, Orihuela, etc.
Guardamar is 25 km from Alicante airport and is quite close to the A7 highway.
