This lovely house in rural Estepona is only about 3 Km from the centre of the town and about 2 Km to the beach. It benefits from three air conditioned bedrooms (two modern double ensuite rooms and one rustic twin room with ensuite shower room).

Inside you'll find the modern kitchen with eating/dining area; in the comfortable air conditioned lounge there is SKY television and two large sofas. All three bedrooms have direct access out into the gardens or terraces.

In the very large fenced gardens (over 3000 M2/an acre) there is a cabaña for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade next to the pool (which is 2x4 metres in size). There is also a swing seat and extra deck chairs plus some very comfortable relaxing sofas.

The house also has an optional ADSL connection for your use (please see costs below)

Payments:
A deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of making your booking (by bank transfer in Sterling or Euro)
The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, on arrival by EURO cash, or by credit card on arrival (plus 1.5% handling commission).

Cleaning:
Start and End cleaning are included in the price. For bookings in excess of 9 nights a mid term cleaning and linen change is also included.

Prices shown are for a maximum of 6 persons using the property.
