Luxury apartment located in a first line of the beach in Salou, just 40 mts from the beach of Els Capellans and located in the heart of Salou, just 400 mts from the Paseo Maritimo Jaime I, the main promenade in Salou with all the shops and restaurants only 10 minuts walking distance.

Just 1.5 km from Port Aventura entrance gate.

High quality apartment with air conditioning,dishwasher, tumble dryer, TV,private parking and luxury furniture and material.
The apartment has stuning views over the sea, with extraordinary terrace, sunbeds, electric cannopy and all the necesary furniture.

This is a new construcction buiding (year 2009) .

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, consisting in 1 doblebed and 2 single has 1 complete badroom with badh tub. The kitchen has ,washing machine,micro-wave,tumble-dryer,dishwasher, frige,oven and frezeer.
In the living room you will find luxury sofa-bed, TV and dining chairs and table and beatifull views over the sea.

There is also a private terrace with all the furniture.

The Residential Complexe Les Ones has also a fantastic swimmingpool in a tropical environment with palm and exotique trees. Private parking is included.

Salou

The apartment and service from the letting agent were first class. We have holidayed in Salou before so new the area but enjoyed it more due to the apartment and veiws it offered and would stay there again. Many thanks R.Young
