The apartment is situated La Mairena Elviria in the hills east of Marbella. The urbanization La Mairena is unique on the Costa del Sol, a haven of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by forests of cork and oak, and offering amazing coastal views from its lofty hillside. Within a few minute drive you can reach the superb sandy beaches and lively shops, bars and restaurants of Elviria one of Marbella´s classiest areas. La Mairena itself has its own on-site facilities. Several restaurants and bars, El Soto Golf Club with restaurant and clubhouse with a gymnasium and tennis courts alongside the Hofsäss tennis academy run by the former German Davis cup coach. In addition, the golf courses of La Cala resort and Santa Maria golf & country club can be reached in 5 minutes.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
