Playa Rocio, a beach-front Building, is pleasantly situated in Puerto Banus in the residential area, one of the Marbella's most established suburbs. Puerto Banus is famous for restaurants, night life and a famous place among all tourist and travelers. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car.
It is front line on the beach, has a large Garden, and only couple of minutes walk from the hotels, bars, good restaurants, and a supermarket.
The pleasant, white washed, Andalusian town of San Pedro is only a three minute drive in one direction with a similar distance in the other is Puerto Banus with its restaurants and night life. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car.
This spacious beach-front Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Playa Rocio 4 floor Building directly overlooking the beach and Mediterranean Sea . The Apartment accommodates up to 6-8 guests. It has a large living room/ dining room directly overlooking the beach, mountains, and with a balcony and seating area. The Apartment has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a queen size bed with master bath, the other 2 bedrooms has 2 single beds that you can put together for one queen size bed, if needed. All bedrooms having direct views of the sea, beach, mountain and one with Garden view. The Apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen, full laundry room inside the apartment.
The apartment has 2-3 beautiful beachside swimming pools and recreation facilities and having access to sun-loungers and umbrellas by the swimming pool and those by its lovely Playa. You can also enjoy its beachside taberna with fantastic tapas and open air on the beach massage services. There are also bars and restaurant directly in front of the apartment. There are many fine restaurants, bars, entertainment places; casinos, high end shops are located within a very short walking distance. The Kala-Kalua water sport facilities with jet skiing, pedal boats, para-sailing, banana boats and others are on the door in just couple minutes walk of our Beach front Apartment.
