If you like beautiful sea views, and romantic places, then this is something for you! This Spanish finca is situated on one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca! Atop the cliffs look out over the bay of Calpe and the marina "Puerto Blanco”. You will enjoy more than 180º panoramic ocean views. The villa covers approximately 350 square meters and offers no less than 600 square meters of terraces. The property also has a small Mediterranean garden. There is a pool with jacuzzi. There is a large naya with fireplace.
The holiday home has a large open living room with balcony, fireplace and bar. There is a separate dining room with rustic furniture and American kitchen. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and an additional open area with one bed, communicating with the other bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a waterbed and balcony with breathtaking views. There is also a tower-room with 2 more beds.
The villa is equipped with all necessary facilities such as TV (Spanish channels), stereo, dressing, washing machine, ...
The area is quiet and charming, restaurants and shops are within 1 km distance, the center of Calpe itself is about 3 km away.

Calpe Villa

The Internet pictures were more impressive than the actual house. E.g. There was no mention of the fact that the main bedroom only had an old water bed. This should be mentioned as it is not what people would expect. In the main all cutlery and and kitchen implements were very old and as is the furniture. The website shows gym equipment but this was old, rusty and virtually unusable. It should not be featured!! The pool and the aspect of the view were sensational and the villa was very roomy but was just let down by the age of everything and particularly the main bed.
