The holiday villa consist of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and guest toilet all on 1 level and all rooms have air conditioning. The holiday villa is situated in the popular urbanization "Doña Pilar" in Mijas Costa between Fuengirola and Mijas at only 3 Km from the beach and on walking distance (300m) to the famous restaurant Valparaiso and to public transport. The property has a fantastic garden and a private swimming pool with sunny terraces and barbecue area with dining table. Full privacy!! Several terraces with views on the mountains and sea. Beautiful courtyard with a lot of fruit trees. Secured parking on the plot. .

The villa has a spacious living room with fire place and separate TV corner.
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms en-suite and a guest toilet in the hallway.
The kitchen has a dining table and all the equipment you´ll need: a hob, cooker, dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The covered terrace has a comfortable lounge set and a dining table.
Several other terraces and a swimming pool with sun beds.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
