The house is surrounded by a precious 18 holes golfcourse. The wonderful sea- and the Doñana nature parkviews makes a spectacular sunset.
Only 100m away you can find the Golf Club House with its excellent restaurant.
Only 5min away from the beach and the city centre.
The house is divided in 2 floors. On the ground floor is located the main living room, dining room, kitchen,toilet and one bedroom with its own bathroom.
On the top floor are located 2 bedroom with corresponding bathroom and the masterbedroom with its own bathroom and terrace, with sea- and poolviews.
The house is located only 20km from the airport and the fantastic and wellknown wineries of Jerez de la Frontera.
