A really beautiful & spacious exclusive sea-view Penthouse with 80 sq metres of living area & 54 sq metres of terraces! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully-fitted kitchen with: refrigerator/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster,washing machine. Living and dining area. Satellite TV, CD/DVD, hot & cold air-conditioning in all rooms. Spacious terraces on two levels(garden furniture), with views over developed gardens, two large adult pools & 2 childrens pools, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers and all apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens. The complex has its own tennis court. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. There is a constant supply of gas-heated hot water. This is an exclusive gated community with allocated parking (electronic entrance gates) and tennis court. Opposite there are a number of quality restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tapas & dinner and pleasant bars for those stunning Spanish wines and tapas. We are situated only 100 metres from the Blue-flag sandy beach & sea and only 1 kilometre from town. It is a genuine 2 minutes by car or a 20 minute leisurely stroll-up-the-beach to Denia with the active fishing port, ferry port to Ibiza and Mallorca, historic castle, tapas bars, more restaurants and shops. Denia is only 90 kilometres/55 miles from both Valencia and Alicante airports - an easy 60 minute drive.

Great Holyday in denia in an excellent appartment

My family consisting in 2 girls aged 15 years , my husband and myself stayed 2 weeks in the appartment. The area where the buildings are is very open and sunny with facilities a 2 swiming pools, tennis courts, and garden. The area is closed. outside just accross the road, you can find good restaurannts and cafes. The appartment has 2 floors that is good to keep private life. Well equipped. Great view to the garden area, mountains and a glimpse to the sea. Walking distance to a huge beach. And walking distance to Denia town. Great starting place for walking or driving to the mountains where you can find small places. Denia has a lot to offer wrt. good restaurants, cafes, shopping places, market, jazz club, and just go around an "let the good times roll". I more than recommend it. The girls were very pleased. Trips we did by car starting from from this place: Valencia, Villa Joyosa, Benidorm, and even went to watch Tour de France.
