Our luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 walk in), holiday home, with extra large south facing terrace and magnificent views across the bay to Altea. Easy access to Altea and Calpe. Below you will see some photos, prices, a calendar and a description of the property.

Our apartment is ideally suited if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in glorious surroundings. With the choice of 2 swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the backdrop of the Morro de Toix, a protected nature reserve, and the magnificent views across the bay towards Altea and beyond, it is an ideal environment to relax and get away from it all.

Yet within less than 15 minutes walking distance there are beaches and the many restaurants and bars at the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.

Within a 10 minute drive there are the delights of Altea and Calpe with their many restaurants that cater for all tastes, beaches and shops. And only a 20 minute drive away is Benidorm with its Theme park (Terra Mitica), nature and water parks and all the other attractions that it has to offer.

The apartment has a comfortable lounge with a TV, Sky and DVD player, but most of the time I'm sure will be spent outside on the large south facing terrace, where the covered seating area and awning can give shade from the midday sun. Other major features/facilities include:
- Sky satellite dish with access to many stations
- Flyscreens to all bedroom windows and patio doors
- Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, bidet and walk in shower
- Air conditioning to all living rooms
- Ceiling fans in both bedrooms
- Heating to all living rooms
- Separate well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board
- Cool box and picnic equipment for days out and about
- All on one level for easy access with large walk in shower
- Golf. Ten courses within 45 minute drive and the nearest less than 15 minutes away (please ask if you need any further information - I have played many of them!)
