Top location for spending your holidays, just 5 min from the beach, maritime promenade,shopping center, restaurants,disco bars, boutiques etc. The Island complex has a beautiful Mediterrean, Moorish and Gaudi architecture with golden light combination in the evening. Tropical garden, lift and huge communal roofterrace with big swimming-pool, jacuzzi and BBQ-area.
The duplex penthouse apartment has 2 levels. On the below level you have 2 spacious bedrooms which both have access to the terrace (22 sqms + 15 sqms), 2 bathrooms, big living dining room with access to the big terrace, a spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. Built area: 150 sqms
From the living room (by stairs) you have the special dome studio penthouse apartment (the top level)with built area of 70 sqms: living dining room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a small terrace of 8 sqms with direct access to the communal roof terrace where you have the swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area.
The apartment has beautiful views overlooking to the marina harbour and promenade. From the dome apartment you have some sea views.
Good qualities: marble floors, air conditioning hot/cold in all the bedrooms and living room, built-in wardrobes, international satelite television (Astra, you have to bring your receiver box), hi-fi and dvd player.
There is provided bath towels, bedlinnen and all menagerie. You have to bring your own beach towels.
Parking optional: 100 €/week
For adding an extra bed: 15 €/night
