The grounds are unusually large, comprising two large swimming pools connected with a water slide and waterfall. There is also a smaller wading pool for toddlers. Thatched umbrellas frame the pools offering natural shade during the hot Summer months.

Playa del Moro, a rather quiet family beach, is literally a stone’s throw away, just across the road from the apartment complex. The well-stocked corner shop is only 100 metres away, between Playa del Moro and Playa Romana, one of Alcossebres most popular beaches. Romana has been awarded the EU blue flag for cleanliness and water purity for many years. The corner also boasts bars and restaurants with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Interior of the apartment is clean, modern and wheelchair accessible. It has been converted for wheelchair use, with low light switches and sliding doors, also between the main bedroom and the ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is fully-equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, AC with heat pump for the colder months and underfloor heating cables in both bathrooms. The terrace has spectacular views to the pool and the sea.
