NOGALARA COMPLEX

The Nogalara complex is in the town centre of Torremolinos adjacent to the main pedestrians square.
It has over 1 acre of private grounds and is the only apartment complex in the centre with private swimming pools for residents only.
As none of the Major Holiday operators have Apartments in this complex ,you do not have the problem of large bus groups arriving and you are always guaranteed a pool side sun bed without either having to pay for it or even worse getting up at dawn to secure one.
The complex is a five minute walk from the main beach front and in comparison to a lot of the beach’s on the COSTA DEL SOL it is uncrowded and clean. With many nice restaurants to eat at.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment has just been completly renovated and unlike most other Apartments on the COSTA has its own AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM whiich is operated from the apartment which means you work it when you want to and set the temperature that you want. The apartment is located on the fifth floor facing the gardens and has both mountain and sea views from its large tiled balcony. The balcony contains a full set of patio furniture .
In the evening it is nice to sit out here and watch the activities on the square below ,see night time photo.

The living room is not over cluttered with furniture and contains digital sattelite television with English tv There is a large sofa which can be turned into bed if third person is staying, a large reclining armchair, coffee table and a rather nice fireplace and table lamps. The reason this appears a little dark in photos is that the flash did not work on the camera !
The kitchen has all the requirements such as fridge, microwave full set of ware electric oven, toaster i.It has is a dining room table and chairs suitable for four

The bedroom contains 2 single beds dressing table wardrobe bedside lockers.
All bed linen, towels etc are provided for your stay be it one week or more

There are two newly renovated bathrooms one with full bath and shower the other smaller with just shower.

This complex has 24hr security so therefore not suitable for young people on stag and hen partys or those looking to party and rave all night !!

It has a washing machine iron and ironing board and all other essentials.


All rates quoted below are based on one week and a 20% deposit must be paid to secure booking.
