15 KM from Malagas AIRPORT, in the middel of Benalmadenas Coast, is situated this fantastic andalusian paradise, where you can enjoy the 300 sunny days / year with a lot of activities for elder and younger.

***** The apartment is in the house Pueblo Quinta 2, and I have 2 more apartments in the same house(id.4755, id.13573)

APARTMENT:

- South-east looking apartment with danish/swedish design with new furnitures from IKEA and electric radiators to heat the cold winternights.- Electric kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, small oven,coffeemashine,toaster, blender and all kitchen equipment that you need during your stay.

- The livingroom have direct acces to the wonderful south-eastfacing terrace with the most privileged seaviews (100 m from beach) Sit down at the diningplace on the terrace and enjoy your dinner or just a cup of coffee with the calm and lovely environment.

- Modern livingroom with a sleepingsofa, place for dining 4 persons, TV, CD-player and a ventilator although its a nice and cool apartment because of being so close to the sea.

- 1 bathroom with bathtub. Hair-dryer available. All towels are new.

- 1 bedroom; has a big doblebed(160cm wide and 2mlong) and a wardrobe. Here you can also find the extra linen (all new from 2009), ironboard and iron.

- Camping cot and children high chair available free of charge.

COMMUNAL AREA:
- The aparment is on a third floor (of four) Lovely tipical andalusian communal area with a lot of trees and flowers and a big communal pool where you can enjoy the many sunbeds available for the guests or you can relax on a sunbed in the garden under a tree reading a book or having a siesta.

- In the complex you also have a great restaurant with a enormous terrace looking down to the pool and wonderful seaviews. Here you can have menus or “a la carta”. In summertime they have livemusic to entertain! Restaurant is paid apart from the apartment.

- At the entrence you have a farmacy and 100m from the apartment you have 2 small supermarkets. The big supermarket is 400m away as the modern librery with spanish and english books. The center of Arroyo de La Miel is only 600m up the hill crossing the Paloma Park.

BENALMADENAS ACTIVITIES:

The apartment has got the best situation: ONLY 100 M FROM A 2 KM LONG BEACH (beach Santa Ana, Arroyo de la miel) that has got all necessary for the tourist as renting of : waterbike, kayac, sunbeds and parasols. The beach ends in BENALMADENA PORT that is well known for its latin atmosphere with all its restaurants, bars, discos, shops and boattrips.

An AMAZING GOLF COAST with the known TORREQUEBRADA GOLF COURSE only 3 km from the apartment and you have 6 other golf courses in a shorter distance than 10 km.

CASINO only 2 km away.

ALL KIND OF ENTERTAINMENT IN BENALMADENA:

- TIVOLI AMUSEMENT PARK open all year with concerts in summertime.

- SELWO DOLPHIN- AND PENGUIN-PARK; just on the opposite side of the Paloma Park you can have a special experience seeing a show with sea lions and dolphins and where you can even have a photo while you swim with the dolphins. Inside they have a cafeteria, a restaurant and a really good playground.

- CABLE CAR; the only one on the Costa del Sol that takes you up to the top of the mountain with incredible views all over the coast from malaga to Fuengirola. Here you can enjoy an eagleshow, riding a donkey or if you prefer it, just enjoing the views with a cup of coffee.

THE PALOMA PARK (entrance just across the street) is a wonderful place where you can walk around the lake seing animals like swans, pelicans and ducks or you can have a walk escorted by the rabbits, gooses and peacocks as they live in freedom. Or you can go and speak to the goats, the ostriches or to the bambies.
The park has got 2 playgrounds with swings and many other things. One of them is for the smallest children and next to it you have a cafeteria where you can chose to sit inside or outside. The Paloma Park is one of Benalmadenas proudness and the ENTRENCE IS FREE.

Only 5 km away we have a CROCODILE PARK and next to that we have a great WATER LAND " AQUALAND". It is very big and has all kind of slides (high/low, quick/slow) for small children and others for the biggest children. Here you can rent boxes for you private belongings and also sunbeds although there a lot of garden where you can put your towels while you are enjoying yourself. It is allowed to bring your own picnic.

- 8 km away a FABULOUS ZOO, in Fuengirola, BIOPARC.

Only 1500 meters from the DOCTOR HOUSE ( 24 hours) and 3 km from the international hospital and next to that the public hospital.

PAYMENT:
PRICES WITH NO EXTRA FEES!!!
To reserve you need to pay a 30 % of the price by a bank transfer .The total price is paid on the arrivel day (discounting the reservemoney) and so is a deposit on 300 euros(all by contract) that will be refounded on the departureday if there is no damage.

The prices includes linen, towels, 4 beach towels and arrival- and departure cleaning. (And baby chair and cot if neccesary.

You must check -out before 11:30am

If departure or arrivel is between 12pm and 6am there will be an extra fee to pay at arrivel.

I´m half danish, half swedish although I feel almost spanish after 19 years of living in Benalmadena with my husband and 3 children.
We live only 4 km from our 4 apartments and that makes it easier for me to give you a good service during your stay. I know Benalmadena very well and I have made a book for my visitors, in 3 languages (danish, english and spanish) recommending restaurants, exursions, markets and inf. about train/bus/rentacar.

a great relaxing holiday

The reason I have given full marks in this review is because it really did match all that we required. I could be picky and state that the pool is really great, but the area around the pool is far to small and cramped, but we went out every day walking to the beach, I only used the pool once, so for me it was not a problem, but could be if you are a pool only family. Teresa who kindly let us her apartment was on hand when we arrived and when we left, she made us very welcome and gave us her number should we get any problems, but of course we did not have to trouble her, as all was great. in the apartment on top of all the fittings in the description, was extra's. like toys for young children to play with. and of course on arrival a lovely bottle of wine.she even arrange our taxi for our home trip to the airport. would we rent it again a big YES.

Quality accommodation

I have just returned from a stay at this apartment and must say that it was a pleasure to stay here. So well appointed and spotlessly clean throughout. The garden area is beautiful and so peaceful. I would be more than happy to recommend this and will definitalkey be making a return booking
