This is a very spacious villa on a large private plot on an exclusive urbanisation. Lovely garden and pool area and gated driveway. There is a balcony which goes around the front of the villa where you can enjoy BBQ's overlooking the pool and fabulous views over the Bay of Roses!

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms which share one bathroom, a massive open planned lounge which goes into another lounge area and then leads into the dining room area and smaller open planned kitchen area, all of which lead out onto the terrace.
Up the sweeping marble staircase from the lounge takes you to the huge master bedroom with it's own en-suite bathroom and very large terrace with stunning sea views.

The pool is a large pool of approx 10 x 5 metres and plenty of sunbathing terrace around it.

There is so much to see and do around this area that this is a great place to stay as a base but to return to some luxury.
Roses has some great beaches and smaller coves around the coast, Figueres has the Dali Museum for anyone interested in art. Cadaques was home to the famous artist Salvador Dali and you can visit his previous home here which is well worth a visit too. Cadaques is a lovely fishing village with some great bars and restaurants and lovely boutiques.
Girona is only approx 30 minutes drive with it's cathedral, great shops and old town. Barcelona is only approx 1hr 40 - 2hrs by car or you can catch the train from Figueres, a lovely city to visit.
There is also a huge water park just down the road from the villa (5mins by car), horseriding, go-karting and many other sports available such as windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing, scubadiving, cycling and walking plus many more..
You can walk across the olive groves into the village of Palau-Savadera to buy your bread and croissants in the morning!
This villa was new on last year and already the first guests are re-booking!

The deposit needs to be paid in order to make the reservation and confirm your dates. You will then receive a final reminder for the full amount 8 weeks prior to the booking. The 500€ security deposit and final cleaning must be paid in cash on arrival. The security deposit will then be paid back on departure (see terms and conditions)
