Just one hour from Malaga airport you can enjoy choosing between traditional Spain and the coast by staying in a spacious luxury 3 bedroom country villa near the archetypal white town of Competa - 10kms. from Nerja and the coast, and 90 mins from skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Mature Mediterranean gardens surround the villa including the 8m x 4m pool all of which overlooks a vineyard. Breathaking views of the Sierra Almijara nature park and the Mediterranean as far as Gibraltar and Africa. There are numerous scenic walks, good restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
The villa has on the first floor a master bedroom with luxury king size bed, en-suite and balcony overlooking the pool. The ground floor comprises of a family bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom, family bathroom, spacious lounge/dinning area plus modern fitted kitchen with all amenities. The family bedroom with en-suite has a double and 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes plus patio doors onto the pool terrace. The double room with the family bathroom adjacent has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and patio doors to pool terrace.
The large open plan living area has ample seating, satelite flat screen TV, sky, Wifi, Wii consol including games. Also a large number of board games and plenty of books.
The kitchen is well equiped with quality double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
Outside there is ample parking for 6 cars, pool 8m x 4m with large secluded terrace, bar area with American fridge freezer, dinning terrace and feature Barbecue.
Last year we had a good crop of figs, grapes, olives and pomegranates and this year we are hoping that the oranges, lemons, nectarines and mangos will do better.

Notes
Payments to be made by bank transfer in Euros or Sterling equivalent. The deposit is non-refundable once paid.

Guests can arrive any time after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the villa by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

A breakage and good housekeeping deposit of 200 Euros is also required upon arrival and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the property by the owners on the day of departure.
