Recently re-furbished the property is in immaculate condition, with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 11 people (single sofa bed available in the games room), 2 full bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen and balconies overlooking the adjacent hills. The large private pool (12.5m x 5.5m) is set in a huge terrace with BBQ, outside dining facilities and sunbeds. A games room with small kitchen/bar, leads off the pool area and has a snooker table, table-football, darts, and ping-pong table. The house is fully equipped with all bed-linens and towels (except for beach/pool towels), all kitchen equipment,Sat TV, and a cot and high chair for infants can be made available if required. Air-con/heating throughout the property. The properties location is excellent. Nearby are numerous golf course, tennis clubs, water sports facilities for diving, sailing para-gliding etc. and some of the world's most glamorous resorts such as Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a 20 minute drive. For those seeking culture the Picasso Museum in Malaga and the Alhambra palace are both within easy travel distance. Bars, restaurants, chemist and supermarket are all within walking distance. The incomparable attractions of popular Fuengirola such as the beautiful Paseo Maritimo, the 5km sandy beach, the restaurants, shops and bars are all a 5 minute drive from the house. In winter the stunning ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are less than a two hour drive.

Villa Owen

The villa was very nice indeed. Very clean and Margot the manager was very helpful. The one disappointing feature was the swimming pool. It was very dirty and not lotys of green slime in it. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was on the Tuesday but we had been there four days then Even after it had been cleaned it was not very satisfactory. In my opinion this pool had not been cleaned for some time. We could see the pool in the adjoining villa and this was very clean indeed. My grandson got a skin infection and I am certain this can be attributed to the state of the pool
