The villa is located at the very end of a private road on a large gated plot with private garden, parking and swimming pool.

When entering the house the hallway presents itself beautifully. The open stairway to the second floor is directly on your right hand side. Straight forward you find the spacious living room, which gives access to a great terrace with lounge furniture and dining area.

The terrace is partly covered and gives shade during hot summer days. From the terrace you can go down through a well maintained garden to your own private pool for a fresh dive.

From the hallway to the left there is a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Next to the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the kitchen towards south there is a luxurious dining room with a dining table for 8 persons. There is direct access from the hallway and from the kitchen to the bright and spacious living room.

One of the in total 4 very spacious bedrooms is on the ground floor next to the living. This bedroom has its private bathroom.

Taking the stairway to the first floor there is a corridor which connects the 3 very spacious and luxurious bedrooms together. One of the bedrooms is connected to a walk in closet. There are 3 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is facing south, where you can – whilst enjoying bubbles in the bathtub - see evening stars or bright sunlight.

From 2 of the bedrooms there is direct access to a marvellous terrace with overwhelming views.

All in all: A fantastic home for your holiday with you family or friends.

This villa is situated only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. Puerto Banus is only 3 km away and it’s approximately 8 km to Marbella Old Town. Within a 60 minute drive, you will be able to visit Gibraltar, Fuengirola, Mijas, Ronda and many more.

There are a number of golf courses in the direct surroundings.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.
