The house is situated on an elevated area with orange trees around them and see the rolling hills and mountains in the distance. A painter who was a guest in the house said: "It is a painting wherever you see"
"The house is located in walking distance to the picturesque Spanish village Barxeta and 9 km from big city Xativa. a 30 min drive from Spain’s 3 biggest city Valencia.
The house is perfect for several families or friends.
The house has a big outdoor area at your disposal with pool and different places to sit or take a sunbath. Not all of the garden is finished at the moment, we are still planting and regulating parts of the garden. Still there is plenty space to sit and meditate or pick an orange.
Outside there is an 11 meter long * 5 meter wide and 35m2 roofed marble terrace next to the fountain and the pool. There we have table that can be extended to seat about 30 persons if needed.
Sofa groups that can seat 18 with the chairs and other terraces around the house where you can sunbath or sit in groups.
There is a Wi-Fi internet access.
There is a patio in the middle of the house to relax in the open.
At the main entrance to the house there is a 50 m2 swimming pool with places around to relax and enjoy the view.
Next to the pool there is an outside shower with hot and cold water.
Ping pong table in our game room.
We can hire horses for the entire stay or just for a day or two.
You can ride, cycle, walk or drive into the mountains, or across the mountains to a swim in the white beaches of Valencia, Taverne, Gandia and Oliva.
Or just visit a village to enjoy life and see how Spaniards live.
Or you want to go fishing, or sailing in the blue-green sea.
The house is ideal for cycling with lots of good roads in the area without much traffic.
We have 4 bicycles that you can rent.
We can provide on request: (needs to be pre ordered)
