Located mid way between Moraira and Javea , the villa nettles amongst the almond groves and vineyards of Benitachell. It is just a 10 minute drive to the holiday resorts of Javea and Moraira and their fabulous blue flag beaches.
Mainly on one level, the villa's layout makes for a relaxing holiday. There is a recently fitted new kitchen with modern appliances and new family bathroom complete with double washbasins and large walk in shower. There are 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. There are ensuites to the large master bedroom, and garden room, plus another large double family bathroom in the villa. The whole villa offers comfort, luxury and tranquillity.

The garden room bedroom has a seperate entrance from the terrace. This makes it perfect for a family, maybe offering parents holidaying with their children, some private space. The garden room also has its own en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have mosquiters fitted.

The villa is bright and airy and has extensive gardens and terraces including 2 large cabannas with seating areas offering great shade. There is a gas BBQ .
There is an outside kitchen with additional fridge/freezer, dishwasher,and washing machine. Next to the pool there are 2 different seating areas for al fresco dining.
The villa offers secure off street parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. The pool itself is larger than average being 10 metres by 5 metres. It is quite swallow and child friendly (1.5 metres) at one end and slopes to 3 metres at the deep end. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs available on the pool terraces.
The TV system offers UK TV including BBC1 and ITV & Sky news channels.
For any rainy days there are plenty of board games/toys/DVDs/CDs to keep all the family content.
For Winter rentals, the centrally heated villa,along with the newly installed feature log burner, offers warmth and cosy nights in by the fire.
Internet access.

In summary, the villa offers private, peaceful & relaxing atmosphere in a typically Spanish environment. There is ample accomodation to suit two families holidaying together.
