During the past few years, La Finca has been transformed from a Spanish farming estate into two modern, fully equipped Villas. The water well and old Tuscan stone walls, however, have remained, as well as the citrus trees – a testament to La Finca's hundred year farming history.
With 15 renovated double rooms, La Finca accommodates groups of up to 30 people, with the option of renting 5 additional beds. The two adjoining villas have their own kitchen and dining room and you also have access to your own swimming pool, a beautiful Spanish patio, as well as several areas for socializing. All of this makes La Finca ideal for family holidays, training camps and conferences.

Our guests have crowned La Finca's Spanish patio as a “holiday saviour”, as it is the perfect place for parents to relax in the deckchairs while the children play in the pool. The surrounding wall with its wooden doors makes it safe and easy to keep an eye on the younger family members. The area also offers ping-pong table, Wi-Fi and board games to keep the children entertained.

The living rooms are equipped with widescreen televisions, providing Swedish, Dutch, German and English-speaking channels, as well as a stereo and a DVD player if you want to listen to music or watch a movie.

All guestrooms are equipped with central heating, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Because a peaceful sleep is important our beds have quality pocket-sprung mattresses and all rooms are provided with fine bed linen and 100% cotton towels. The bedrooms are spacious and some even have their own private terraces. All rooms have their own entrance and individual key.

Our villas lie on the outskirts of the coastal town of Jávea. Jávea is a tourist town during the summer but has nonetheless preserved its most historical and truly Spanish areas. The area surrounding La Finca is green and lush, with orange groves and old Spanish farm houses. By car, La Finca is only minutes from beaches, gorgeous bays, supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, tennis clubs, national parks, villages, and attractions. The old part of town is located a mere 20 minutes from the villas by foot, but for shopping and day-to-day transports, we recommend that you rent a car.

With a mere hour from both Alicante and Valencia, the trip to La Finca puts little strain on both schedules and wallets!

After working with Scandinavian tourism and events for 15 years I finally decided to head for the sun and start up an enterprise in Spain. It took 14 months to fulfill the dream to transform the old farming estate to a grand holiday home.
