One of the many features of this apartment are the spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea towards the coast of North Africa to the south and Gibraltar to the west. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and access to the south facing balcony. The spacious lounge/ diner benefits from satellite TV and HiFi. Patio doors from the lounge lead directly to the balcony. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including microwave oven and dishwasher, and contains all necessary crockery and utensils. There are two swimming pools within the landscaped sub-tropical gardens of the complex. The larger of the two is equipped with sun beds and parasols. Local bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located within a short walking. A regular transportation service via a “road train” is available to transport you to other areas within the urbanisation. Although local amenities are located within a 4 - 5 minute walk of the apartment, owing to the accessibility of the apartment, holidaying in this property is not recommended for the elderly or infirm. Wheelchair access would be difficult. A hire car is recommended. A short drive takes you to the wonderful port of Cabopino, with yet more bars and restaurants, offering a multitude of international cuisines. Numerous golf courses are within easy reach, as is the bustling cosmopolitan centre of Marbella. Change over days are flexible but no Sundays. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and golfing services at competive prices.
