Quietly located in green, this apartment offers all comfort of the world. Welcome to Pinares de San Antón, the former pilgrim mountain of Málaga and now Malagas most exclusive residential area. The 68 m2 appartment is located on the eastern side in the middle level of a Villa (owners live in the Penthouse), it has one big lounge/kitchen/Bedroom area as well as a modern Bathroom with a big shower. We offer as well an independant huge Bedroom with 18 m2. The house is new build, finished in Oktober 09. On the covered terrace you are surrounded by Pine trees (on 220 m). On our little east side garden you wuill enjoy and relax in the quietness of the area in the summer nights. You are in the capital of Costa del Sol, however you feel like living in countryside. Use our 'Microbus' (not running weekends) which brings you down to the beach (a small city bus) for free or with a rental car (2 minutes). On the trendy beach of Pedregalejo (3km), you will find countless fishing restaurants, starting May, an unbeatable night life with everything that comes along with it. House has an elevator (handicap accessible). The apartment is air conditioned warm/cold. The large patio is especially interesting and has views to pine trees (behind shimmering the mediterranean) and invites you to relax. There is satellite television in German some in english and Spanish (with all usual programs), a double bed sofa/ table, dining area with 4 chairs and a patio with chairs and a table, along with 2 deck chairs. Cots can be set up upon request. Additional bed can also be set up. In front of the house you will find a large parking space in case you arrived with a rental car. Appartment is not for disabled however fitted with lift. Wheelchairs: Please contact before booking!
