The villa has been tastefully furnished. It has central heating, air conditioned (hot-cold) in the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus in the lounge.
EXTERIOR
The plot is completely flat. The pool has an irregular shape, it has a long seat inside and roman steps. Large open terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers and barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Electric gate.

PRICE LIST
The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

BOOKINGS
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in the high/peak season and flexible the rest of the year. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available from 4pm. on the day of arrival. Departure time before 10am.
PAYMENT
30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 200 € payable together with balance.
