The property is spread over 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining area and an American fully fitted kitchen. TV with most European channels, DVD player, CD player and air conditioning in the property.
Sunterrace on the first floor and one downstairs with sliding doors to the living area.

The house is ideal for families with a nice playground just next door and the large swimmingpool within a few feet away. When sitting on the terrace in the garden you can easily overlook your children enjoying themselves in the pool.

In the surrounding areas there's plenty to do and see. Within 30 minutes drive you will find Terra Mitica them park, Terra Natura zoo park, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar dolphinarium, Golf, Jalon valley (wine), Benidorm, and lots of beaches to explore.

With so much to explore, you want to have a car. Carhire will cost appr. €38,- a day.

More about Anique & Marco

We are a family with young children, living in Amsterdam. Marco has lived in Barcelona for years and ignited me with his love for Spain. The dream is later to stay longer than just the holidays in Spain. When I was pregnant with our youngest daughter, we therefore looked for a nice house near Calpe and Moraira. We fell in love with this house. It has everything we needed and there is plenty to see in the area ....
