Beautiful 4 bedrooms house located in Cambrils, just 500 mts from the beach and only 150 mt from a big supermarket.
This magnific house is located in ´ Vilafortuny ´, a hight quality Residencial area in Cambrils, just 3 km from the commercial centre, restaurants and all the shops.

Large livingroom with TV Satellite.

It has a beautiful private garden with a surface of 290 m2 with swimmingpool, lovely barbecue, sunbeds and cannopy. There is a lovely cannopy with all the terrace furniture.

The house surface is 185 m2:

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, maximum sleep 8 people composed by 2 doblebeds and 4 sigle beds.
Badrooms: total 3 bathrooms, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, 2 bathrooms with shower .

A cradle or a supplementary bed are to disposition under request without extra charge , providing that the total number of persons does not overcome the maximum allowed.

The prices are per week, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.

The indicated prices are for a maximum occupation of 8 persons ( A baby can be accepted as additional person without extra charge.)

GUARANTEE - DEPOSIT

A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.

Guarantee amounts : 250.-€ .

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Chek in after 23 hrs and chek out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 60.-€
-Only small towells provided

RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the contract. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 30% of the rent by bank transfer. Signed contract should be send by post, email or fax.

An amazing villa!!

This villa was an amazing place to stay.cleanliness was top of the range.Had everything a family could need.A real home from home.Have already recommended friends to stay here! (no hairdryer provided so make sure to bring your own).Beach is a small bit of a stroll and town is a bus ride away.car not really necessary because the buses are near the beach and are every 10mins.Other than that no complaints!
