Suitable for families with 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Porch detached to the house and a separate BBQ area. Closed private parking. South West orientated.
Own swimming pool (8x4m²), mature garden with palm trees and large terraces with enough sunbeds and furniture for everybody. Gas central heating, chimney, carport, nice views to the mountains. Groups with young adults are not allowed. Cleaning: 150 € Linen: 17.50 Euros p/p p/w Electricity upto 150kW/week included, above 0,20€ per kW extra. Additional costs for gas in period Oct-Apr will be 0.90€ per KWh.
