The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is situated in a quiet front-line beach development, only meters from the beach. Situated within a prestigious and popular complex, and surrounded by beautiful sub-tropical gardens, and two large swimming pools with two children pools, and snack bar/cafe near pool open in the summertime.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and can be reached by elevator. The large south/west facing terrace offers a superb view over the sea, pine forests, pools and sub-tropical garden. The apartment are nearly repaired to high quality. The apartment have one double bedroom and one twin room. All rooms have own bathroom.
The apartment has a satellite TV with DVD, musikk - CD, all necessary kitchen equipment, heating on the bathfloor and hot/cold a/c. It is within walking distance from shops, bars and many restaurants. Other facilities can also be found in the near area.
Taxi or train/buss to/from airport, as well as buses to local cities stop near the complex.
Five golf clubs are less than 5 minutes drive away.
A walk along the beach takes you to the exclusive Cabopino marina, which offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The Cabopino beach is widely acknowledged as one of the best beaches in Costa del Sol.
You can find WI-FI on the reception and on the beach-restaurant.
Ideal for all age groups. You don`t need to use a car, but if you have it you find parking inside complex.

Mijas Costa is ideally located on the Costa del Sol the aptly named sunshine coast. Set between Fuengirola and Marbella and just a 30 minutes drive along the coast from Malaga airport. Miles og sandy beaches and clear blue seas, with all necessary amenties close to hand. Shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The perfect location for all age groups.
This is the ideell base from which you can explore the area both locally and further afield. It is good local transport facilities and many possibilites to rent a car. So you can see what the area have to offer: places of artistic and cultural significance, including the historical cities as Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Sevilla, Jerez, Cadiz and Gibraltar - all within a 2-3 hours drive.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date.

Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
Car is not necessary on this apartment. You can use private pick up service if you want - ask me about how.

The prices above are for max 4 people using the 2 bedrooms. If you need to use the sofa bed there is a small additional charge to cover the extra laundry & cleaning involved.

A Wonderful Beach Front Apartment!

We loved this apartment and the complex it was located in. The facilities were top class and the property had everthing we required and more. The best feature for us was the large terrace which was furnished to a very high standard and was great for outside dining and relaxation. The pool and gardens were beautiful, clean and very safe for children with good access to the beach. There were many excellent local supermarkets, banks etc and buses and taxis were easily available. Our only issue was the lack of enough good quality local restauraunts within walking distance, which weren't overlooking the motorway. There were a couple which were lovely but too many were away from the sea and they didn't have a very good outlook, being too close to the busy road. However, with a car we were able to visit many lovely places both in the day and in the evening which were only a short drive away and we did have a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend this property for families but would certainly advise car hire.
