VILLA TEMUCO is located in Rosa de Piedras, a sector of the prestigious and elegant Valtocado Urbanisation of Mijas Pueblo, is south facing and enjoys sea and mountain view.
It is situated, only five Km drive from the charming andalusian village of Mijas Pueblo, one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain and 10 km from the nearest beaches and vibrant nightlife of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. Via highway it is a short trip to the stunning city of Malaga or to posh and fashionable Marbella.
VILLA TEMUCO is a house built in three levels.
In the street level, there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower unit. The dining room and open plan completely equipped kitchen with everything you will need to make your holiday an enjoyable one is situated next to a cover terrace by sliding doors, with and extra table, chairs and BBQ.
In the next level, the spacious lounge with a large balcony let you enjoy the fantastic views of the mountain and sea. There is a little office separated of the lounge by a chimney and both, lounge and dining room-kitchen are integrated in the same area but at different levels.
The second bedroom is in this level with bathroom en suite and shower unit. This bedroom has also a large balcony with pool and mountain views.
The third level is a big terrace with the pool and has an extra double bedroom with bathroom en suite. The access of this bedroom is from outside, so it is perfect for people who wants privacy. The bed room has a fridge.
In the pool level there is other room with fitness centre (see photos).
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the entire house has air conditioning and heating system and it is protected by an alaram company.
Easy private parking on driveway.
It has telephone, TV, DVD, a CD and radio/cassette player, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is provided with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, water cattle and all required cooking utensils.
Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stays, although this can be provided at cost if required. The pool and garden are very well maintained.
VILLA TEMUCO is only 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Malaga Airport has directs flights to most British, Scandinavian, German and Swiss destinations.
Bookings: Saturday-Saturday (arrives after 4pm, vacate before 10am, but we can often be flexible)
Accommodation: Self-catering, Air Conditioning and Heating system (excess electricity chargeable), Telephone and alarm.
General: Towels and linen provided every week. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Bedrooms: 3: 2 double and one twin.
Bathrooms: 3: one en suite bathroom with bathtub, two en suite bathroom with shower unit and an additional full family bathroom.
