La Zenia is on the Costa Blanca in the town Orihuela Costa between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig The property on ground floor of a terraced block of four downstairs and four upstairs apartments in the Spanish style. The property is beautiful and comfortable, is 70m ² and contains a large kitchen, living room (dining area, lounge with free satellite TV and DVD PLAYER ), two bedrooms (two double beds). Then there is the bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. There is a covered patio and storage space that is (rack, shelves, water heater). the front is a covered patio with sun terrace from which you have morning Sun. The property also features powerful 5.5 kW of air conditioning cold / hot, the house has shutters everywhere. The common pool is 10 meters. Sea and sandy beaches are within 300 meters away. You can have nice walks along the sea. The airport of Alicante (El Altet) is at 60km. Exit 763 (La Zenia) is 1 min from the house. . Private parking with automatic gates for the car you can park in front of the door, tenants will receive a remote control. Supermarket & bars & restaurants within walking distance & internet 50 meters from the house available all year you can be picked up from the airport
