The villa is located in a residential area, 700 meters from Burriana Beach, and a walk distance from the old centre of Nerja.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with each 2 beds, 2 fitted bathrooms, one with a bath, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washingmachine and fridge/freezer.
The villa is elegantly decorated and has a safety box plus centrally heated throughout with airconditioning in all bedrooms.
Also Cable television,dvd and wifi ( access after paying )is available.
The property has a private swimming pool with beautiful paved garden, sun beds, quality terrace furniture, barbecue and a private garage.

Fantastic vacation

We had such a nice week in this very lovely house in Nerja and experienced a high quality service from the owner and his local 'key holder'. Thanks a lot. We will defenitely return - hopefully next year.
