Casares del Sol is a perfect location for golfing, family and sightseeing holidays. Golfers will benefit from the five established courses, including Finca Cortesin, the home of the Volvo World Matchplay and Dona Julia that are within a few minutes drive of the complex whilst Casares Golf is within easy walking distance.Walking and Biking is popular in the surrounding hills towards the white hilltop village of Casares 10km away.

A short drive and you will find the towns of Estepona, Sabinillas, Manilva, Puerto de la Duquesa and the luxury marina of Sotogrande close to Gibraltar and it’s duty free shopping. This property makes an ideal base for the keen golfer, a car being essential to fully explore the area. Puerto Banus and Marbella are within a 20 minute drive.

This is a fully equipped, air conditioned, ground floor two bedroom apartment,to accommodate four guests, with a lift up from the secure underground garage,

The lounge is luxuriously furnished, with Satellite TV, DVD and WiFi access There is a large sofa and a dining table to seat six. Patio doors lead to the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, overlooking the gardens with views towards the hills and valley. The master bedroom consists of a large double bed which can unzip to form two singles, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds also with fitted wardrobes. There is also an additional shower room and wc.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster and all mod cons. A separate utility room houses the washer/drier machine. The apartment is located in a secure gated community. There is easy access for a wheelchair although the apartment itself is not equipped for the disabled.

On site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool and lovely gardens.

Notes
A 20% reservation fee is payable with a minimum of €100 which is non refundable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations: 4-8 weeks before departure - 50% refund. Within 4 weeks of departure - no refund. A €100 returnable security deposit is also required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 14 days, once the apartment has been checked and keys/security fobs returned. Payment may be made by bank transfer, Paypal or Credit/Debit card
Minimum stay - 3 nights, long stays available, prices on request. Winter Rentals are available at €750 per month commencing November - March inc.
