This gorgeous apartment is set in landscaped gardens with breathtaking seaviews. The communal swimming pool is a few seconds, from the comfort of your own 9sq m terrace and there is a further 6m long private patio for a range of uses.
Sleeps 4-6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, the apartment is furnished and equipped to high standard including air conditioning, satelite TV, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc.

The crystal clear waters and 17m of unspoiled white sand beaches of Mojacar are just a few minutes walk away. Mojacar enjoys a wide range of restaurants and bars on the beach and in the village to suit all palates and pockets. As this is a self-catering holiday, it is useful to know that supermarkets and small stores locally open long hours and produce is cheap.
Our three-generation family group was very satisfied, lots to entertain the kids and the old folk, close enough to the beach restaurants to eat out at leisure or cook if we wanted. Ellen Philips
We are situated almost at the shore front, ideally positioned for watersports, golf, horse-riding and a range of physical activities. We are in easy reach of Vera waterpark and Mini Hollywood theme park. There is easy parking outside the flat if you are driving and if not, the reliable loop bus service gets you around all of Mojacar Playa (beach) and Mojacar Pueblo (the hill top village) during the day and during the night buses stop at all the clubs.
For sightseeing there is Cabo de Gato, a protected area of natural beauty and if you rise early you can watch the small fishing fleet set out from nearby Garrucha or arrive as the catch is brought in later in the day. Short trips in any direction bring you to unique towns and villages such as Bedar, perched a hill top overlooking lush valleys, a favourite with artists, painters and musicians. Turre has exceptional 16th century architecture and is well known for rock climbing and walking in the Sierra Cabrera mountain range.

Fly into Almeria if you can, for the easiest, quickest route to Mojacar. Otherwise, Alicante and Murcia airports are within reach and bargains can be found by shopping around. We can help with your arrangements- transport from the airport or suggest car hire companies, organise a meet and greet service, pinpoint specific activities, restaurants or locations for your holiday . Locally, the apartment is managed by our agent who makes sure the apartment is in tip top condition when you arrive and is on hand if anything should go wrong.
