Villa at the seaside in Cap de Creus (Cala Joncols). You have direct access to the sea. Stunning views over the sea from all angles of the house during day and night time. For a holiday dedicated to the sea, relaxation and house is situated 40 metres above sea-level. It has a spacious living room, kitchen, lovely terrace, master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a room for 4 people with four single beds, bathroom with shower. A second shower is outside. There is a fully equipped BBQ.
Concerning the construction of the house the criteria of the integration with the landscape and views has prevailed over others, including those of security. This means that the house is not apt for very small children as house and access are embedded in steep terrain with the sea where it is not always possible to protect the property with rails.
Shopping has to be done before leaving Roses, as there are no shops in "Cala Joncols"
The Hotel Cala Joncols, located within walking distance, on the beach of Cala Joncols has all services, bar, restaurant, catering, boat trips (to Cadaques), diving, kayak rental, etc.
Cala Jóncols is an unspoilt beach in the heart of Cap de Creus Natural Park with wild landscape It is located 12 km from the centre of the town of Roses and 5 km from Cadaques (no access by car.) Access is via the coastal road from Roses along the coast via Cape Norfeu. Unique environment surrounded by nature's own wild Cap de Creus, relief modelling by the north wind, wind that makes the personality of l'Emporda.

The price for one week during July and August is 2.500 €, including final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
