Casa Joel is set in a residential part of Puerto del carmen close to all amenities. The villa is entered through wrought iron gates to the front of the property. The garden has a built seating area and barbecue as well as plenty of terracing around the pool for sunbeds and patio furniture. The house is on two levels with the bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor and the living accommodation and a further bathroom on the upper house is light and airy with an open plan lounge/diner. The kitchen is off the lounge divided by a breakfast bar. A door leads from the lounge out to the balcony with table and chairs views down to the pool and out to sea. This spacious villa is popular with families and couples. Located just a five minute walk from the amenities and the main Puerto del Carmen beach but in a quiet street it is perfect if you don't wish to have a car.
