This property is located in a new and secure complex of apartments. The communal mature garden is beautifully taken care of, with palm trees, buganvillas and lot of flowers. Two swimming pools (one for small children), and 2 paddle tennis courts are available.

The Penthouse is located in the 2nd floor of a building with a private entrance for 6 apartments with a lift for the sole use of their owners and guests.
In the lower floor is located the living-dining room, a guest toilet, kitchen, and 2 terraces with beautiful views over the garden and pools. A sofa-bed is at your disposal in this area. This living room is coveniently south oriented allowing to enjoy lots of light all day long without the inconvenience of the afternoon heat.

The kitchen is modern and contains all the necessary cooking material, crockery, silverware and appliances.
The confortable sitting room with TV.
The 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located upstairs. All three have a ceiling fan with remote control.
The master bedroom has a large terrace with sea views.
All the appartment is protected with mosquito screens. The apartment also has heating and air conditioning throughout.

The property includes one parking space located in the basement of the building. The apartment has an alarm system connected with a security company . All the complex is very securely surveilled with cameras and on site guard. A safe box is located inside unit which is at your disposal.

This Unique property is located on the well known "Golden Mile" of Marbella. Close to the beach (two minutes walk), restaurants, "Da Bruno", well known Italian restaurant with moderate prices, "SuKothai",with fabulous Thai cuisine; "Terra Sana" with more natural menu, "Polo House" and others; cafés, shops (El Corte Ingles), supermarkets (LIDL and Supersol), all within two min. walking distance. Also cinemas and lots of shops and restaurants at the Beach Promenade. The quaint old town is around 20 minutes walk.

Very close to the famous Marbella Club Hotel, and other 5 star hotels of marbella. A 24/7 pharmacy across the street, banks and other facilities around. Bus stop just across the street can take you to Puerto Banús, shopping centers, San Pedro, Estepona or around Marbella. Most people find this location to be the Best situated in Marbella, due to convenice for adults, adolescents, and families with small children. Everbody can find what they want without need for a car.


There are numerous activities and places to visit with a car. The British enclave of Gibraltar is a forty-five min drive. the Selwo Nature Park, a delight for the whole family can be reached in 15 min.

Numerous 18 and 9 hole semi-private and public golf courses are reachable in a 20 minutes drive.

We are a Spanish-US citizen couple residents in Marbella. Patricia is a psichotherapist with a private consultation in town. John is a semi-retired business man .
We personally take care of the apartment to have everything perfect so the new hosts enjoy the stay.

Nice big apartment - good location

We stayed two families and a small child in the apartment. The apartment is big and has all the necessary equipment. It very well located on the edge of Marbella town and the start of beach towards Puerto Banus. The facilities (pool, parking) are very well maintained and in good shape. The roof top terrace has a nice look towards the sea, but lacks some furnitures (table, chairs, sun bed). Overall we had a very nice stay in the apartment and can recommend it to all.

A wonderful experience

Fantastic two week vacation experience! The penthouse was absolutely beautiful and the apartment complex is maintained like a five star resort. We had decided not to rent a car for this trip and the location of the penthouse provided easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The owners are a delightful couple and were very helpful to us. Patricia even lined us up with a driver who took us on several day trips and provided airport transportation. We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone who is considering a vacation in the Marbella area.
