Beautiful holiday apartment at Aldea Beach - Torremolinos.
Tastefully decorated living room with dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons to sleep. The terrace has the view on the garden, the swimming pool and the sea. A perfect place to enjoy your breakfast under the Spanish sun. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Main bedrooms with build in wardrobes, double bed and fully fitted bathroom en-suite with bathtub, wash-basin, toilet and bidet. Second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. Guest bathroom with shower cabin, wash-basin and toilet.

The apartment is situated in a gated complex with communal garden and swimming pool. Views from terrace over the urbanisation, garden and pool and partly sea. A children play ground is next to the complex. On walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Nearest train staion 400 meter. Only 5 minutes from Málaga airport!

Torremolinos is probably the most known resort of the Costa del Sol. Famous for its weather, with over 320 days of sunshine per year, and an average temperature of 22ºC. Summer temperatures seldom fall below about 30ºC. Originally a fishing village, nowadays Torremolinos is a well known holiday destination much associated with the idea of fun in the sun. It has enough variation to suit more than just the young people looking for night clubs, pubs and discos. Most tourists come to the Costa del Sol to enjoy the beaches and the weather and they won´t be disappointed by the beaches from Torremolinos as they are clean and sandy, which has also contributed to its popularity as a holiday resort.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
