-Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds 90 x 190 cts and a child's bed 80 x 140 cts .. In one of the double bedrooms can put a crib.

Table and chairs, highchair for young children.

HOUSING

-San Miquel de Montroig is a small family resort located about two miles north of Miami Playa.

"The urbanization has a community pool area,( open from mid June till End of September ) (approximately 200 meters from the house) and a play area (basketball, football, petanque, playground) to 300 meters.


-ACCESS TO THE BEACH:

"There is a pedestrian access (can also be passed by bicycle) to the beach just 300 meters from the house, (in total from the beach at proximatly 500 or 600 mts para vehicles is about 400 meters more.

SERVICES:

- In the complex, adjacent to swimming pools, a restaurant-pizzeria (open all year), with an affordable and reliable service.

- During the season (April to October, approximately) is open a small grocery store with bakery-day-in

Beach area and in the adjacent camping (Playa Montroig)-stocked supermarket, but with higher prices

supermarkets in the town.

Terms & conditions

The price includes consumption of electricity, gas and water.

Bed linen according to season, towels and kitchen linen an be rented at extra cost of 7 €/person. ( Opcional )

The final cleaning is not including in the price. This cleaning has an additional cost (fee)of 60 is not obligatory to contract this service, but it will be verified that the chalet has been left in the same state of cleaning as on the day of arrival. Since we considerer that all our renters have the same right to find the house clean and tidy .
Ther's a cradle to disposition under request without extra charge , providing that the total number of persons does not overcome the maximun allowed .

The prices are per week, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.

The indicated prices are for a maximum occupation of 7 persons ( maximun 4 adults and 3 kids or babies )
GUARANTEE

A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.

Guarantee amounts :300 € .
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NOT ACEPTED
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10 at peak season and 9 till 11 in low season.
- Chek in after 23 hrs and chek out before 8 hours will have a extra payment of 20
€.Also can be the posibility of extra charge for cleaning, as we have experienced
that the cleaning is deficiently done when renters have to leave early in the
morning.
RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the boobking form. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 40% (1)of the rent by banc transfer. Signed booking form should be send by email, fax or post, .
(1)This payment secures the reservation to tenant and owner. In case of cancellation by tenant for any reason, the deposit will be retourned only when the chalet has been rented again under the same conditions and the new payment has been received in full.
