150 m from the centre of Granada, in a central position. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.06.-15.09.). Private: patio (40 m2), garden furniture. Grocers 100 m, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 50 m. with cobbled streets, pedestrianised areas and uneven streets. Swimming pool is only shared with the owners
-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room 22 m2 with open fireplace, TV and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds and 1 folding bed. Exit to the terrace. Air-conditioning. Terrace 6 m2. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (DSL/LAN). Please note: only small pets accepted. Electric radiators. There are sloping ceilings in the bedroom on the first floor.
Private parking is chared vith the owner (price: 10 € day)Only mid-size car: max. width 1,75 m (Streets are very narrow).
The house is situated in the old part of Granada, Albayzin, which was basically founded in the century by the arabs. Streets are very steep and narrow, and in most of them no cars or bikes can come. The very large castle, The Alhambra, is litterally outside of your window!

One of the best

The townhouse is nice and specious and give us more more than we expected. The neighbourhood is authentic and the view from the patio and sunroof to the Alhambra is real special.The property owner was interested, friendly and very hospitable. We enjoy our stay for a week in this house very much.
