The house is in a ideal place for your summer and even your winter hollidays. you'll feel as confortable as in your own home. you also enjoy the beautiful sorrounding which make you come back again.
It has a wide bedroon with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath-tub, a lounge dining room with a charm chimney, a kitchen with washing machine, microwave,toaster, household and vitroceramica.
the house is only 20 meters from the beach and the same distance from the principal swimming pool where you have a big grass zone with lot of beach chairs for sunbathe, a restaurant with international kitchen for lunch and another romantic reataurant between the simming pool and the sea. Ideal at night (you have another 3 swimming pool smaller and very paceful)

The whole enclosure is surrounded with flowers that make your evening walks very nice, the enclosure has alertness 24 hours in addition to private car park closed for your vehicle.

Along with the house you have also a Refreshment stall, Hairdressing salon and a laundry. Also you will can to rent catamarans or canoes to sail along the sea.
You have also a small supermarket where you will can to buy everything what you need.


We are only 30 minutes by car from Gibraltar, a very interesting place to visit. Also we are five minutes ahead from Marbella and Port Banus, ideal for shopping.

If you like playing golf, there are several golf courses quite near the house. You can also play tennis, cycling or to go to the gymnasium.

Finally the Resort has everything what you need and has t infinity of attractions, like the Zoo of animals at freedom called Selwo or the Aquarius Sea Live in Benalmadena.

If you decide on this house you will not regret.

Great Villa

We just loved this villa! The villa is located in a beautiful setting. Every morning before leaving for our day trip, we made a point to stroll around the villa to look at the terraces as it was always interesting and relaxing given the well manicured garden. A market and restaurants are also on site. The villa was one of the many highlights of our great vacation. The villa was well supplied and nothing was missing. We ate breakfast every morning at the villa which allowed us to go at our own paste on this needed vacation. The bed is hard but we solved this by placing the extra blankets under the sheet. The owner and his wife greeted with a very friendly welcome and were also helpful. We would love to return again sometime, perhaps for 2 weeks the next time as we would like to do day trips and get to enjoy more relaxation at the villa.
