Situated on the Costa Tropical, an unspoilt, popular holiday destination with spanish familes is this comfortable spacious villa with fabulous living space, designed to high spec with amazing views to the mountains and sea.

The villa is well positioned in the countryside 20 mins from the beaches of Almuñécar, Salobreña and La Herradura. The Sierra Nevada is only 90 mins drive door to door, with skiing/snowboarding in the winter and excellent hiking the rest of the year.

The wonderful city of Granada is 60 minutes drive away ideal for exploring the wonderful Alhambra Place, sightseeing and nightlife.

The nearby Marina Del Este offers a variety of excellent waterside restaurants overlooking the pretty harbour.

Also nearby are the pretty, whitewashed, Moorish villages of Otívar, Lentejí and Jete with their traditional bars and restaurants.
