The apartment is situated next to the town's beautiful pine forest and is a 250 metre walk to the stunning beaches. There is a large supermarket facing the property and the amenities and abundance of restaurants are just a 3-5 minute walk to the town centre.

The apartment is fully equipped, sheets and towels are provided.

There is a large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The sofa bed fits one adult comfortably or two children. The apartment is air-conditioned and the building has its own private swimming pool. The apartment also has a parking space in the underground garage which can be used for an additional cost of 30 euros per week. There are plenty of parking spaces around the building, although these can be hard to find in the summer months, especially at weekends.

Guardamar caters for the perfect relaxing holiday and offers something for everybody. The pleasant town has 10 km of golden beaches, dunes, a pine forest natural reserve and a beautiful park, the Reina Sofía park.

Guardamar is ideally located for Alicante airport (just 20 minutes away). Guardamar is also perfectly located to explore the wider areas of the Costa Blanca (Alicante, Benidorm) and the Costa Calida (Murcia, Cartagena).

We require payment of 40% to secure your booking - the balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday together with 100 Euros refundable bond. The bond will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure subject to everything being satisfactory.

We will accept payment in Euros and Sterling.

Early booking is advised as the flat is great value for its superb location within walking distance to the town centre, beaches and pine forest.
