It is located in a quaint area of Sitges, away from the hustle and bustle but it is still within 10 minutes walking of the town and beaches, only 60m! This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and another with 2 single beds. There is also the option of an extra bed, if 5 people want to rent the apartment.

There are views of the communal garden and pool from both the bedroom and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer and more. There is also a spacious and sunny living room with TV and DVD which leads out to a large balcony which has sea views and views of the town. On the balcony there is a table and 4 chairs, perfect for relaxing, sunny evenings watching the sunset. There is a spacious fully-equipped bathroom, with bath and shower.

If you don´t want to visit the beach, there is the option of a 2300m2 swimming pool, which is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden. This is a private and relaxed area for you to relax in.

This apartment is less than 50m from the local supermarket and there are also restaurants and bars nearby. There is also private parking and internet on request.

There is a €70 charge for cleaning on all bookings.
