This luxury duplex in the beautiful river village of Pinos Genil has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge/diner, kitchen and 30sqm roof terrace with fantastic views of the picturesque village and surrounding hills.
The apartment is 5 mins walk to the centre of the village which straddles both sides of the river Genil at the mouth of the Genil Valley. With a population of approximately 1600, it is just 7 km from the city of Granada and 25 km from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Its narrow streets lined with Arabic influenced whitewashed houses meander through the old village and on the riverside you'll find a number of excellent bar/restaurants where you can enjoy tapas or full traditional Spanish meals al fresco alongside local residents, observe the slow pace of village life in the cool, relaxed atmosphere created by the tree-lined flowing river. There are seven typically Spanish restaurants to choose from or you can eat inside or out at the two hotels in the village, Hotel Duquesa and Hotel Labella Maria just a few meters from the apartment.

Pinos Genil is 5 mins drive to the fabulous Aquaola waterpark which is well worth a visit, the majestic Alhambra Palace and 10 mins from the centre of lively Granada, one of the most beautiful cities of southern Spain noted for its vibrant night life and its diverse university population.

Notes
Budget airlines operate between various UK airports to Malaga and Granada. Malaga is approximatley 90 mins drive to the apartment whilst Granada airport is 25 mins drive.

At the apartment, the large lounge/diner has luxury leather sofas, Sky TV, DVD and a large dining table with 6 chairs.
The lounge and main bedroom both have balconies. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have kingsize double beds. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All have memory foam style 50 mm mattress toppers providing the best possible nights sleep. The modern kitchen has ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils whilst the adjacent utility room has a washing machine.There is hot and cold air-conditioning to the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms,log burner in the lounge and gas central heating throughout.
There is a large 30sq meter roof terrace with fantastic views of the picturesque village and surrounding hills. The sun terrace has 4 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs and a luxury stainless steal gas barbeque for enjoying the summer evenings.

The apartment is not suitable for the disabled. Smoking inside is not allowed but is on balconies and terrace.
