Las Lomas de los Monteros is an exclusive residential development of 134 luxury and contemporary apartments and penthouses located on the hills of Los Monteros near Marbella on the Costa del Sol.

Set amongst the olive groves on the hillside yet only 10 minutes from Marbella.
The apartment is located in Lomas de Los Monteros, near Marbella on the Costa del Sol.
There is hot and cold air conditioning with under-floor heating in the bathrooms. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard.

The apartment has tree double bedrooms and two bathrooms + one WC.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Kingsize bed, and a large en-suite bathroom.
The second and the third bedroom has double beds.
There is also a guest toilet in the entrance hall.

The kitchen is in a modern contemporary style, with granite worktops and top of the range integrated stainless steel appliances by Bosch and with cream marble flooring throughout and granite worktops.
The living/dining room has an open plan feel being very light and with views over the mountains and sea.

All rooms lead out to the large terrace via full height and width glass doors & windows, all framed in solid teak.

From the terrace you have views of the mountains and sea.
There is secure underground parking.

This secure and secluded development provides with beautiful swimming pools.
Las Lomas de los Monteros is adjacent to the prestigious Santa Clara Golf Resort and is surrounded by numerous other courses to choose from. A wide selection of leisure activities are also available within the area such as tennis, equestrian and water sports including jet skiing, scuba diving, wake boarding, etc.
Las Lomas de los Monteros is close to amenities such as bars, restaurants and the La Cañada Shopping Centre.
