The house is surrounded by a terrace of 500 square meters located just above the ground floor which offers a excellent view over the river of Vigo and its surroundings. The property offers parking for tenants only.

The published prices are for the ground floor.

PRICES OF THE UPPER FLOOR DURING ALL PERIODS ARE THE PRICES OF THE GROUND FLOOR WITH A WEEKLY INCREASE OF 100 EUROS.

THE PRICE OF THE WHOLE HOUSE IS THE SUM OF THE GROUND FLOOR AND THE UPPER FLOOR ADDED TOGETHER.

80% of the total amount remaining shall be paid at the time occupying the house/ receiving the keys. At that time a deposit of 200euros - FOR EACH FLOOR – should also be given as a deposit which will be returned when leaving the house.

The holidays, Easter, Christmas, etc. are considered high season and the price of the Ground Floor is 400euros/per week and 500euros/per week for the upper floor.
