Set in a peaceful location on a hill overlooking Gibraltar. This 4 bedroom modern Townhouse sleeps up to 8 people and is fully air-conditioned.
There is a patio front and rear with sun beds, patio table and chairs and a small BBQ. The shared pool with key access, is 50 metres away.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 4. The longue has an eight seat extendable table, with 3 piece suite, satellite TV and DVD.
There is a downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds, a toilet, shower and sink.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed with en suite, bath, shower, bidet and sink.
Two further bedrooms with two single beds each with a shared bathroom.

The closest airports are:
Malaga 1 hour
Gibraltar Airport 30 minutes.
Jerez Airport about 90 Minutes
Seville Airport about 2.5 hrs

Excellent for Golf and close to 4 of the of Spain's top Golf Courses, Valderrama (1) -8k, Sotagrande (7) -6k, La Reserva Sotogrande (11) -7k, San Roque (13 -11k and 11 others within a 10k radius.

There are many lovely quiet uncrowned beaches just 5 minutes away. The beautiful port of La Duquesa is 4km away with a variety of Restaurants, cafes and bars and in the other direction the port of Sotogrande offers the same.

We have a housekeeper who will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around, she will provide you with a contact number that you can call at any time should encounter any problems.
